Throughout my career, I worked across industries, organizations, and functions, from marketing and operations to project management, manufacturing, and engineering. Working alongside teams in sales, accounting, HR, IT, and other teams gave me a firsthand view of how the different parts of an organization work together.
I was always curious about the bigger picture. When something wasn't working, I wanted to understand why. When there wasn't a clear process, I found ways to create structure. I used technology, tools, and frameworks to solve problems, improve the work, and help the people around me succeed.
Over time, I learned that organizations are a lot like teams. Every person and function has a role to play, but success depends on how well those pieces work together.

My experience spans government, corporate, engineering, manufacturing, sales, accounting, HR, IT, operations, marketing, and project environments. This diverse background gives me a broad perspective on how organizations, teams, and functions work together, an understanding I bring to business management consulting and organizational improvement.
GOVERNMENT & CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
Led and managed 80+ government service contracts, coordinating requirements, stakeholders, schedules, and delivery while helping reduce project delays by 20%.
LARGE-SCALE PROJECT LEADERSHIP
Led complex, high-value initiatives, including projects generating $20M–$50M in revenue. Also led a major technology project to redesign and rebuild an organization's website and digital presence.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL & INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE
